    Izrada diplomskog/završnog rada:

    Molim da se za dogovor oko izrade diplomskog/završnog rada ne javljate prije rujna.

    Teme diplomskih i završnih radova su iz sljedećih područja:

    Sol-gel priprava funkcionalne keramike i prevlaka (ZrO2, CaMnO3...)

    Moguća je i izrada diplomskog/završnog rada na Institutu "Ruđer Bošković" pod neposrednim mentorstvom dr. sc. Maje Dutour Sikirić.

This year, the workshop will be held in English. The teaching materials, the web-page and the presentation remain in Croatian, with perhaps some adjustments.

The foreign students are asked to e-mail prof. Macan by Tue, Jan 28th at the latest the following information: your institution of employment, your PhD topic and supervisor, whether you had any previous experience with thermal analysis methods and if yes what kind, and the reason you decided to attend the workshop (same info as in the survey above for Croatian students).

The first part of the workshop, where you will learn the basics about thermal analysis methods, will be held on Thursday, January 30th, 10:00 h, in "Klub" (basement lecture hall), Marulićev trg 20.

For the second part, all participants will have to prepare and present a short presentation (10-15 minutes) in English on a subject related to Thermal analysis. All attendees are expected to ask questions! The date for the second part will be determined during the first part of the workshop.

Under "Nastavni materijali" on this web-page you can find the teaching notes/skripta (in Croatian) and additional literature which is mostly in English.
