Gabrijela Radić was born on March 17, 1994 in Virovitica. In 2012, she graduated and enrolled in undergraduate and then graduate studies in Applied Chemistry at the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology. She is the winner of the Rector's Award for the academic year 2015/2016. After completing her graduate studies, in 2020 she enrolled in doctoral studies at the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology of the University of Zagreb under the guidance of mentor Prof. Ph.D. Marijana Kraljić Roković. Also, since 2020, she has been employed as an assistant at the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology in Zagreb. During that time, she participated in two scientific research projects; Nano-sized solar-active catalysts for environmental technologies (NaSCEnT) (IP-2018-01-1982) and Water purification and energy production using new composite materials with solar radiation (KK.01.1 .1.04.0001). During her doctoral studies, she developed knowledge about semiconductor nanomaterials, their photoelectrochemical properties and potential application in the degradation of pharmaceutical compounds and hydrogen production, working with various electrochemical methods including cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. She is a member of the International Society of Electrochemistry (ISE). She actively participated in 14 international and domestic confrences with poster or oral presentations. She participated in the organization of the 11th ISE Satellite Student Regional Symposium on Electrochemistry held in Zagreb in 2022.
