In case you contact us via forms on this website, or via e-mail, your personal data will remain stored until erasure is requested, or for the period necessary to implement, complete and validate any agreements and obligations. Personal data is not shared with third parties without consent.

Candidates for enrolment and application procedures

FCET’s student service collects and processes student personal data in order to ensure enrolment and study in undergraduate, graduate, doctoral and postgraduate specialist study programmes. Data can be processes electronically. If a candidate successfully enrols in a study programme, personal data is stored in accordance with rules and regulations on higher education. If a candidate does not enrol in a study programme, personal data is stored in FCET’s database in accordance with archival rules and regulations.

Personal data is not shared with any unauthorised third parties.

Cookies

FCET’s website uses cookies. These are text files stored locally on your device. Cookies are used to personalise user experience and some of them remain stored on the device until they are deleted.  They enable us to recognise a user upon subsequent visits. If you wish to avoid this, you can modify your browser to refuse cookies, partially or completely. In case cookies are deactivated website’s functionality will be limited.

Search history

Server collects and stores information sent by your web browser in server logs. These include browser type and version, type of operating system, URL directing to the website, host name of the computer connecting to the website, server time stamp, and the IP address. This data is not correlated with other data sources.

Your rights

You have a right to:
- access the content of your data, as well as to rectify, delete and restrict processing
- transfer data and object to data processing
