Fourth week: Organic nomenclature. Word order in the English language for specific purposes.

Fifth week: Environmental chemistry. Green chemistry. The 12 principles of green chemistry.

Sixth week: Hazard symbols. Relative pronouns. Relative clauses in the English language for special purposes.

Seventh week: Analytical chemistry. Titration. Mathematical operations.

Eighth week: Flame tests. The definite and the indefinite articles in the English language.

Ninth week: Writing abstracts. Everyday chemistry. The use of modal verbs in the English language for special purposes..

Tenth week: Writing a scientific research paper. Proof reading abstracts and research papers.

Eleventh week: Oral presentation of power point presentation on research topics. Peer review.

Twelfth week: Oral presentation of power point presentation on research topics. Peer review.

Thirteenth week: Oral presentation of power point presentation on research topics. Peer review.

Fourteenth week: Review of vocabulary and grammar.

Fifteenth week: the midterm test.
