The Croatian Ceramic Society (CroCerS) was the last established national society in the European area, therefore setting the International Conference of the Croatian Ceramic Society was aligned with striving to increase visibility of the international activities related with ceramic materials of the researchers and processionals in Croatia. Established biyearly International ACDC Conference (Advanced Ceramics in Derivative Configurations) proved useful platform to support the proactive segmentation of symposium topics based on correlation of material configurations and functionalities, as shown on 1^st ACDC 2023 held in Dubrovnik, Croatia, 26^th – 29^th April 2023. and 2^nd ACDC 2025 held in Šibenik, Croatia, 30^thApril – 3^rd May 2025. It seems that ACDC platform is on the way to merge with CEEC-PCMS platform. This year is going to be an intermediate approaching year, where ACDC will be held as a symposium within the CEEC-PCMS conference.

@INVITATION
The 3^rd ACDC 2026 will be held as a symposium within the CEEC-PCMS conference, in Bucharest, Romania, 14^th – 17^th October 2026. The submissions are welcomed in the following topics:
(i) CERAMIC BODIES; bulk, porous, aerogels, shaping, green, composites, properties
(ii) CERAMIC THIN-FILMS; and other advanced configurations, properties, devices
(iii) CERAMIC POWDERS; nanoparticles, core-shell, doping & processing
(iv) CERAMICS COMPUTATIONS; theoretical considerations, design, modelling, thermodynamics, kinetics
You may expect a comfortable weather and a mild touristic situation in so-called eastern Paris with about 100 participants, allowing intimate and vibrant networking atmosphere, so I am very much looking forward to seeing you in Bucharest!

@CroCerS GENERAL ASSEMBLY
During the conference, after the ACDC symposium, the CroCerS general assembly for 2025 will be held in hybrid mode. It is a bit late in the 2026, but it is not an election year, so we don’t have to be particularly punctual. The invitation will be communicated to members via email.

@nanoMOP PROJECT mini-SYMPOSIUM
During the conference, the Presentation of the nanoMOP project, some oral & poster Communications from the project associates and Project Open Table will be held in the form of a mini-Symposium.
