Lucija Vlahović graduated from the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology in 2025, obtaining the degree of univ. mag. ing. cheming.

During her studies, she participated in the blended intensive Erasmus+ programme “BACCA-BIP – Basics & Application of Computational Chemistry in Action” at the University of Łódź, Poland. She completed a five-month Erasmus+ study exchange during her graduate studies at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, KU Leuven, Belgium. Throughout her studies, she participated in international conferences with one oral and three poster presentations. She is a co-author of two scientific journal articles and one conference proceedings paper.

She is currently employed at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology, where she works as an Assistant at the Department of Inorganic Chemical Technology and Non-metals. Her primary research is focused on the preparation and characterization of composite materials based on bioceramics and biodegradable polymers.
